Accounting Principals has an opening for a Payroll Administrator to work with a local company in SE Albuquerque, NM.  This is a temporary position lasting a few months and has the possibility of turning into temp-to-hire.  Pay will be between $18 and $23 per hour, dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with questions about timekeeping matters
  • Collect and review timesheets, ensuring accuracy, before entering in time
  • Calculate payable hours, tax withholdings, deductions
  • Issue checks and manage direct deposit  
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Skills/Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Degree is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary, possible T-H
