Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our client in South Charlotte. This position is a critical role and an immediate need!
Responsibilities:
Processing bi-weekly payroll for 350 employees in 4 states
Responds to any inquiries regarding payroll
Reconciling invoices to timesheets
Heavy reporting for Director
Assisting with audits
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of payroll experience required
Paychex is highly preferred
Strong Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups) is required
Patient and positive demeanor
