A high school diploma is required. A 2 year college degree or payroll experience preferred. Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge needed. Dayforce and Quickbooks experience a plus. Candidate must be professional, responsible and dependable with multitasking skills. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as with others.
MAJOR DUTIES OF POSITION
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Process Family Medical Leave
• General office duties
• Assist with special projects
• Other duties as deemed necessary, or as developed and assigned by the Director.
Processing for 47 employees in one dept and 500 in the other - biweekly and on the same pay schedule
50% Processing Payroll
25% Time and Attendance
25% General Accounting/GL/Bookkeeping
Basic Excel skills
