We are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Tampa, FL. Qualified candidates should demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills. This is an organization that is growing rapidly and seeking someone who take initiative.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks to all maintain employee data records in the payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Prepare payroll reports after each payroll for auditing and balancing.
  • Process employment verifications.
  • Process unemployment claim requests on the state online system.
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years payroll experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  •
