We are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Tampa, FL. Qualified candidates should demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills. This is an organization that is growing rapidly and seeking someone who take initiative.
Perform tasks to all maintain employee data records in the payroll and timekeeping systems.
Prepare payroll reports after each payroll for auditing and balancing.
Process employment verifications.
Process unemployment claim requests on the state online system.
3 – 5 years payroll experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
