Payroll Administrator

Accounting Principals is hiring a Payroll Administrator in the Everett, WA area. Duties will consist of managing timecards, processing bi-weekly payroll and additional Accounting duties as needed. We look forward to receiving your resume for consideration! 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Process Payroll for approximately 175+ employees.
  • Create Payroll reports and submit them to upper management.
  • Apply wage garnishments and balance deductions accurately.
  • Correctly answer questions surrounding pay stubs, vacation, sick time, 401k, etc.
  • Perform select H.R. duties that may include onboarding, I9 verifications, etc.
  • Additional duties as the department may require.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Business or Accounting degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years of Payroll experience is desired.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle changing duties and priorities.
  • High level of organization and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with multiple Payroll processing systems is a huge plus!

  • Full Time, contract to hire.
  • Pay

  • $20-25 hourly depending on experience.
  • Hours

  • Flexible start time from 6:30am to 8:00am, 40 hours per week.
