Accounting Principals is partnering with a top client to hire a Payroll Administrator (Bilingual) for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity located near Keller, Texas. Qualified applicants must have four plus years’ experience of solid payroll processing  combined with exemplary customer service skills. Responsibilities for Payroll Administrator:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 700+ employees
  • Set up new employees in the system and enter garnishments and deductions
  • Reconcile weekly payroll reports
  • Maintain HRIS systems compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Law and company policies
  • Assist with Payroll tax filings and 1099's
  • Provide assistance regarding inquiries on payroll issues
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four years of high-volume payroll processing
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a must
  • ADP Workforce NOW software experience is a must
  • MS Office including Advanced Excel including Pivots and V-Lookups is required
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong Analysis skills
