We have partnered with a Dallas TX healthcare company to find a Payroll Admin for a full time opportunity. The role provides support to the Payroll Supervisor for all  employees.  Provide daily payroll processing support, manage payroll tickets (via ServiceNow), evaluate and solution issues, including providing recommendations to management for root cause analysis and issue resolution.  Support Company processes that align with Workday and the payroll service model. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support processing of payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using Workday during a compressed weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles (medium to high complexity determined by variable inputs)
  • Provide payroll support using ServiceNow ticketing queue for issue and resolution
  • Assist in evaluation of Workday and Company processes and roles and responsibilities that align with Workday and the BPaaS service model
  • Partner with the management, department leads and other key internal customers to develop accurate payroll reporting and analysis, including the development of payroll audit reports
  • Support development comprehensive review and balancing of payroll including variance analysis and explanations for each payroll cycle
  • Execute time and attendance processing and integration development between time keeping and Workday payroll
  • As directed by leadership apply regulations, interpretations and practices pertaining to the payroll accounting function
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of periodic/special reports for government agencies, tax authorities, insurance companies, industry associations, and other units of the Company as required
  • Maintain current knowledge of overall company operations, policies, and organization to provide effective customer service, support the development and/or recommend new or revised procedures for improving overall efficiency of the payroll department
  • Handle highly confidential material on a regular basis and is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of such information
