Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Payroll Admin for a large Oklahoma City based company. This is a full-time, direct hire position that will focus on assisting the Payroll department in in auditing and new store time keeping.  This role also offers great benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Audit Timecards weekly
  • State unemployment audit forms
  • Timecard Adjustments
  • Correcting social security issues
  • Customer Service for employee and store locations
  • Qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year of verifiable Payroll experience
  • Previous experience in auditing payroll
  • Processing multi-state payroll
  • Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Very detail oriented and able to work under strict deadlines
  • Good data entry and 10 key skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced teamwork environment
  • Experience:

  • 2 plus years processing high-volume payroll
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Direct Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $45-$47K annually 
  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
