We are hiring for a Payroll Accountant in Oconomowoc, WI. If you have at least two years of qualified work experience you might be the right candidate for this outstanding position. Beyond processing payroll, you will also be assisting with auditing and general accounting.

Payroll Accountant Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing Payroll for approximately 200 employees
  • Auditing: Review/Edit Timesheets
  • Communicate with managers regarding timesheet issues
  • Entering Payroll Deductions
  • Payroll Journal Entries
  • Various Accounting Support Duties
  • Requirements:

  • Two years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge of payroll software
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting
  • Detail oriented with analysis capabilities
