Patient Service Coordinator

  • Analyze prescriptions, process all incoming/outgoing patients, monitor patient flow.
  • Assist and educate patients with their selection of eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens enhancements.
  • Initiate consultation by asking customer’s needs and preferences.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments; process insurance information
  • Proficiency in utilization of automated equipment and systems typical to the optometry field.
  • Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our wide selection of eyewear.
  • Multi-task, manage priorities and ensure patient commitments/deadlines are met punctually.


  • A High School diploma/GED required; AA or BA/BS in related field desired.
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferably in a retail or customer service setting.
  • A pleasant, patient-centric personality who flourishes in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven ability to build lasting relationships with others.
  • Work M-F: 8am-5pm. Sat:8am-3pm
