Part Time Payroll Clerk (32 hours per week)

 

Our client is seeking a part time payroll  clerk for a temporary assignment lasting until April of 2021. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent payroll experience along with the desire to work a 32-hour work week.

 

Pay will range between $16 and $18/hr. depending on experience.

 

Duties:

  • Manage timesheet collection process for HCPs
  • Assist with new hires by adding information to CRM and payroll systems
  • Support payroll specialists as needed each week in processing payroll
  • Review and audit timecards
  • Support direct billing team as needed with weekly invoicing
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of payroll experience is preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ADP experience is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline driven
