Part Time Office Manager Needed. An ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to build rapport and backup team with accounting, purchasing and other duties as assigned. This temp to hire role is part time with pay starting at $15/hr.
Job Duties:
Entering bills into Quickbooks
Handling the AR report and doing client follow ups
Maintain employee files
Back up for purchasing
Requirements:
3+ years of previous accounting experience
Good customer service skills with effective written/verbal communication
Attention to detail
2 + years of QuickBooks Desktop and Excel experience
