This is the ideal role for someone looking to work 25-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Process incoming invoices
Run weekly payment check runs
Manage vendors’ communication payment inquiries, payment issues, etc.
Preferred experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite
Minimum of one year of AP processing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
