Our client in Summit, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a part-time temporary position. This position is start immediately due to their heavy workload during the implementation of a new software system. The ideal candidate is an organized individual that has strong customer service skills since they will be making outbound calls and troubleshooting any issues. - Calling to schedule appointments and confirming all interviews
- Managing all incoming invoices and reviewing for accuracy
- Supporting two teams by providing general administrative support
- Special projects, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not needed
- 1+ year of administrative support
- STRONG communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Organization and multi-tasking skills needed
