Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job in Summit, NJ
 
Our client in Summit, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a part-time temporary position. This position is start immediately due to their heavy workload during the implementation of a new software system. The ideal candidate is an organized individual that has strong customer service skills since they will be making outbound calls and troubleshooting any issues. This is a great opportunity to network with a reputable, local company.
 
Job Responsibilities:


  • Calling to schedule appointments and confirming all interviews
  • Managing all incoming invoices and reviewing for accuracy
  • Supporting two teams by providing general administrative support
  • Special projects, as needed

 
Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not needed
  • 1+ year of administrative support
  • STRONG communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills needed
