Accounting Principals has partnered with a local organization in search of part-time Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This position will require 24 hours per week, in-office. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounts payable experience, at least 2+ years. This company offers a positive environment and flexible schedule. Compensation for this position is a firm $18/hr.

Job Duties:

  • Process full-cycle accounts payable
  • Assist with vendor management
  • Reconciling accounts in a timely manner
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  • Administrative support with filing, scanning, and answering inbound accounting calls
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous accounting experience
  • Associates Degree in Accounting, preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong data entry experience
