Our client is looking for an individual for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk position in Grand Rapids, MI. You must have two years of accounting experience and previous use of QuickBooks. Job Responsibilities:

  • AP & AR processing and invoicing 
  • Process invoices
  • Post invoice/wire detail in accounting system
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies
  • Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and outstanding issues
  • Work with internal and external auditors
  • Process and Check Requests
  • Answer all vendor inquiries
  • Requirements:

  • Two years of accounting experience required
  • QuickBooks experience is highly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good customer service ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
