Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk who is very detail oriented for a well-established industrial client in Oklahoma City, OK.   This is a part-time, temp-to-hire role that will focus primarily on basic account payable.

This role will involve meticulous review of accounts payable invoices to ensure pricing matches vendor agreements.   Additionally, this position will create bills of lading and track shipments.  Ideal candidates will have an eye for details, strong math skills and organized.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Reconcile and verify invoices
  • Research and communicate with vendors on invoicing errors
  • Create bill of ladings and track shipments
  • Act as back-up cashier when needed
  •  

    Qualifications include:

  • Previous Accounts Payable and shipping experience
  • Able to work 2-3 Saturdays per month
  • Skills:

  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Strong ten-key (At least 7,000 keystrokes per hour)
  • Able to communicate professionally both oral and written
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Able to take and pass standard Accounts Payable proficiency test
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Part-Time, Temp-To-Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $12 per hour USD
  • Work Hours:

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • 2-3 Saturdays per month
