Accounting Principals is looking to fill a Part-time, Temp to Direct Hire Accounting Clerk Job in San Diego County, CA for our client. This Part-time Accounting Clerk will work up to 30 hours per week and report directly to the Office Manager.  There is a possibility this role could become full-time and permanent as well (if interested). This is an immediate temp to direct hire opportunity paying $16/hr.  
Responsibilities for this Part-time Accounting Clerk job opportunity:
- High volume, data entry (invoices, customer information, administrative, etc…)
- Assist with answering phones, filing, etc…
- Various AR/AP clerk duties
- Maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- NO degree required
- 20 – 30 hours per week (flexible)
- Moderate skill with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use QuickBooks software
