Accounting Principals is actively seeking a Part Time Accounting Assistant for an outstanding non profit organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Processing accounts payable invoices and enter into the accounting system
Reconciling employee credit card and vendor credit accounts.
Reconciling monthly bank statements
Preparing bank deposit tickets and recording deposit entries
Monitor and record monthly journal entries
Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field preferred
Two+ years of experience in an office setting
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Sage50/Peachtree or Quickbooks
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 20 hours per week with demand fluctuating at times. 4 days a week required, specific hours are negotiable.
