Looking for your next opportunity in Bend, OR? We’re partnering with a business and residential services company to find a new Operations Administrator. In this role you will take inbound customer calls, coordinate schedules for the service team, and assist with the creation of invoices. We’re looking for someone with 1+ year of relevant admin or reception experience and a proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a contract role paying up to $20 per hour.
Provide a high level of customer service over the phone and via email
Manage schedules for the service team to ensure work is being performed in a timely manner
Enter information to create invoices within the accounting software
Track customer contacts in Excel
1+ year of relevant administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
Basic Excel skills
ERP system experience is a plus
Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour
