Accounting Principals is looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for their client in Cannon Falls, MN. At this opportunity, you will be handling the accounting but also touching on admin duties as well. This role is with a family own company, amazing culture and good tenure. 
Primary Responsibilities for Role:

  • Full Charge Bookkeeper | Through month and close, trial balance, preparation of financial statement, and profit & loss statement
  • Keep books and accounting records of financial transaction for the company
  • Entering transactions accurately and assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Preparing invoice in the billing system
  • Cash applications and account reconciliations
  • Manage the accounting system to ensure consistency, accurate entry, and accurate reporting of all accounts and maintain customer financial information and status in QuickBooks
  • Collaborate with other members of the accounting departments
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and duties as needed

  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities 

  • 3-5 Years of bookkeeping experience
  • BA/BS degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Software: QuickBooks or comparable
  • Intermediate in Excel
  • Skill in strategic planning with an ability to think ahead and plan over 6-12-month time span
  • Solid interpersonal communication and administrative writing skills
  • Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift gears to perform different activities
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pay 40k-55k.
