Accounting Principals is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a Louisville based client. The ideal candidate for this role will be an independent worker, forward thinker with the ability to wear multiple hats.This is a remote position with weekly team meetings. 


  • Manage all accounting duties for organization 4 core businesses
  • Assist with coordinating, and executing budgets
  • Work with CPA to ensure proper reporting deadlines are met
  • Assist with system and process improvement to increase the bottom line and enable strategic budgeting
  • Vendor management, procuring of goods and services, cost reduction etc.
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience within bookkeeping, accounting or high level admin role
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
  • Superior management skills
  • Self reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff
