Accounting Principals is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a Louisville based client. The ideal candidate for this role will be an independent worker, forward thinker with the ability to wear multiple hats.This is a remote position with weekly team meetings.
Manage all accounting duties for organization 4 core businesses
Assist with coordinating, and executing budgets
Work with CPA to ensure proper reporting deadlines are met
Assist with system and process improvement to increase the bottom line and enable strategic budgeting
Vendor management, procuring of goods and services, cost reduction etc.
3+ years of experience within bookkeeping, accounting or high level admin role
Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
Superior management skills
Self reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management and staff
