Accounting Principals is actively recruiting a Bookkeeper/Office Manager direct-hire candidate for a client located on the west-side of Indianapolis. To be considered for this role candidates must have a minimum of two years’ prior experience in accounting/office management.
- Responsible for accounts payable
- Handle all accounts receivable, including light collections
- Purchasing (i.e. issue purchase orders, place orders, etc)
- Order entry (i.e. issue sales orders, work orders, and packing lists)
- Inventory management
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- QuickBooks experience favored
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
