Accounting Principals is actively recruiting a Bookkeeper/Office Manager direct-hire candidate for a client located on the west-side of Indianapolis. To be considered for this role candidates must have a minimum of two years’ prior experience in accounting/office management.
 
 
Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for accounts payable
  • Handle all accounts receivable, including light collections
  • Purchasing (i.e. issue purchase orders, place orders, etc)
  • Order entry (i.e. issue sales orders, work orders, and packing lists)
  • Inventory management

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of  related experience
  • QuickBooks experience favored
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills
