Office Manager

Accounting Principals is seeking an Office Manager for a contract to hire position on site in Richmond, VA. This position requires at least two years of experience and knowledge of Sage or QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Track financial transactions
  • Oversee and manage general ledger
  • Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, review payments and record deposits
  • Verify, allocate and post transactions
  • Support payroll for 60+ employees weekly
  • Manage day to day functionality of the front office
  • Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as QuickBooks or Sage
  • Professional communication skills
  • Experience and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
  • Pay Rate: $40-50k/year

    Work Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

    Employment Type: Contract to Hire
