Accounting Principals is actively recruiting for an Accounts Payable/Office Assistant in Albuquerque, NM. This position will be on-site for 2 months. The candidate will be responsible for daily balancing of general ledger accounts, completing excel spreadsheets and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.



  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Issues stop-payments or purchase order amendments
  • Maintain external vendor contacts
  • Maintains Excel spreadsheets as needed
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Skills:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and written skills

    Employment Type: Temporary, 2 months, Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
