Accounting Principals in Albuquerque, NM has a client in NE Albuquerque that is seeking an Office Assistant to provide general clerical support in a construction industry setting. This temporary position will last 3-4 months and will pay $13.00-$14.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
Answer phones and take messages or direct as necessary
Filing documentation into proper job order file
Run weekly reports for managers
Confirm appointments with clients
Other duties as assigned
Excellent phone skills
Competent using MS Word and Excel
Ability to work independently
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary, 3-4 months
Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
