We are currently in seeking an Office Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI. Qualified candidates must be a team player and take initiative! Are you interested in getting your foot in the door of a great company here in GR? This position is for you! You will be doing administrative tasks as well as some HR and Accounting. If you like wearing a lot of different hats and staying busy, keep reading and apply! 


  • Answer/ Transfer calls incoming calls
  • Back-up for Tax & Audit
  • Invoicing for AP/ AR
  • some HR duties including onboarding 
  • Help with HR and accounting as needed
  • Schedule conference room meetings
  • Pull invoices for tax associates & clients
  • Qualifications:

  • Superior communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Team player who takes initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and has good work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Degree preferred but not required 
  • Strong MS Excel skills
