  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Enter data onto Excel
  • Supporting the staff at an administrative level
  • Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Salesforce Knowledge (ideal but not required)
  • QuickBooks (Ideal but not required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required
  • Skills:

  • 1 year of office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Creative thinker
  • Strong problem solver
  • Employment Type: Full Time, Contract
