We are currently in seeking an Office Assistant in Tampa. Qualified candidates must be a team player and take initiative. The salary for this role is based on experience.


  • Answer/ Transfer calls incoming calls
  • Back-up for Tax & Audit
  • Create UPS or FedEx Labels for outgoing packages
  • Schedule conference room meetings
  • Upload signed SOWs & 8879s in GFR
  • Pull invoices for tax associates & clients
  • Qualifications:

  • Superior communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Team player who takes initiative
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and has good work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
