Accounting Principals has partnered with a rapidly growing client to identify an Office Administrator for their team. This company is experiencing numerous acquisitions and is seeking a dedicated employee to join their team and grow with them! Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Business Operations Coordinator with daily tasks
  • Ensure office supplies are organized and in stock, will be responsible for ordering
  • Assist AP department to ensure invoices and fees are paid in a timely manner
  • Manage and obtain all business licenses and permits 
  • Track existing licenses/permits and ensure timely renewal 
  •  

    Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative focused role 
  • Knowledge and experience in licensing/permitting is required 
  • Bachelors degree preferred 
  • Ability to be organized, work independently and have a strong attention to detail

  • Full time, in office position 
  • Direct Hire 
  • $40-50k depending on experience
