Accounting Principals is looking to fill an Office Manager job in North Palm Beach, FL for one of our clients. The person fulfilling this role will need to have at leat 2 years administrative experience as well as A/P and payroll. This position will be in a busy, friendly, fast-paced environment.This opportunity pays up to $18/hr.
Responsibilities for this Office Manager job opportunity:
- Pay bills and enter data using QuickBooks
- Completing payroll
- Light HR duties
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Bilingual, preferably in Spanish
- Proficiency with QuickBooks not required, but a plus
- Strength in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work paid overtime
