Non-IT Project Analyst – Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

Accounting Principals is looking for a Project Analyst for one of our clients in Jacksonville, FL. Candidate will work in office 2 days and remote the rest of the week.

The Non-IT Project Analyst will be responsible for onboarding clients onto our platform, handle quality reviews, help with material updates with our card vendor and help with basic post verification testing (PVT) or our system and websites.


  • Implementation of products for customers
  • Establishes and maintains a working relationship with customer representatives withing assigned business portfolio, serving as the main point of contact between the customer and U.S. Bank during the project implementation phase
  • Performing project analyses, conducting project reviews, carrying out research, performing project implementation, monitoring the project, and tracking the implementation project status for products sold to businesses or government entities
  • Takes the initiative to improve the profitability of these complex business relationships by ensuring that the customer receives an optimal level of products that fully meet of exceed the customer’s expectations
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of project coordinator or customer service experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Moderate knowledge of assigned products including technology-based products
  • Proven customer service and communications skills in working effectively with external customers and internal business partners
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
