Accounting Principals is partnering with a local mortgage lending company that is experiencing rapid growth in and is looking to add a Loan Processor to their team!

The right applicant will process loans efficiently and accurately with strict adherence to agency, investor and regulatory policies and procedures. Candidates who are qualified and eager to join an exciting company are encouraged apply below!

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Loan Officer to ensure a timely and stress-free experience for our customers throughout the entire process. 
  •  Communicate directly with the borrower to obtain related conditions.
  •  Ensure accuracy by reviewing and analyzing all aspects of the mortgage credit package including but not limited to: Accuracy of system input, asset and income documentation, including personal and business tax returns, credit report and credit documentation. 
  • Manage a pipeline to key benchmarks including internal service level agreements, contractual dates, and lock expiration's.
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have Mortgage Loan Processing experience (required)
  • Must have experience using Encompass software
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills – must be detail-oriented and thorough
  • Able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of constant deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
