Accounting Principals is currently partnered with a nationally recognized financial services firm who is currently looking to add a Mortgage Lending Associate to their team. This opportunity offers career growth opportunities on a dynamic and diverse team. This position will train onsite following CDC COVID-19 precautions, and then this will transition to a fully remote role after training. To qualify you must have at least 2 year of administrative or customer service experience from a financial services organization.
Mortgage Lending Associate Responsibilities
Track production of productivity results for department and prepare reports for management
Track costs per loan for department and prepare department and regional reports
Assist Loan Processors when asked by management
Maintain client file cleanliness
Actively communicate with Sales, Processing & Closing teams
Communicate with Third parties when needed
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or customer service experience within financial services
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent related experience accepted
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically withing MS Excel
Experience with Encompass preferred but not required
Ability to communicate with multiple departments
Strong attention to details
Ability meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
