Accounting Principals is currently partnered with a nationally recognized financial services firm who is currently looking to add a Mortgage Lending Associate to their team. This opportunity offers career growth opportunities on a dynamic and diverse team. This position will train onsite following CDC COVID-19 precautions, and then this will transition to a fully remote role after training. To qualify you must have at least 2 year of administrative or customer service experience from a financial services organization.

Mortgage Lending Associate Responsibilities

  • Track production of productivity results for department and prepare reports for management
  • Track costs per loan for department and prepare department and regional reports
  • Assist Loan Processors when asked by management
  • Maintain client file cleanliness
  • Actively communicate with Sales, Processing & Closing teams
  • Communicate with Third parties when needed
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience within financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent related experience accepted
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically withing MS Excel
  • Experience with Encompass preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate with multiple departments
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
