Administrative/Customer Service Associate in Mortgage Company
As a Research and Customer Service Associate for the nationwide mortgage client you will evaluate all written correspondence, determines nature of request, and send to appropriate department for response.
Review, and evaluate large quantities of written correspondence, including web inquiries, within strict time deadlines.
Determine the type of correspondence and assign the correct task, summary code, and completion due date based on a complex set of regulatory and business rules.
Provide written acknowledgement letters per regulatory guidelines • Scan all correspondence into the digital archiving system
Compile data or documentation to prepare periodic reports
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services, products, and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years Customer Service or Admin experience
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Proficient skills in typing, spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and proofreading
Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times with all levels of both internal and external audiences
Outstanding customer service skills, including conflict resolution management
