Administrative/Customer Service Associate in Mortgage Company

As a Research and Customer Service Associate for the nationwide mortgage client you will evaluate all written correspondence, determines nature of request, and send to appropriate department for response.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, and evaluate large quantities of written correspondence, including web inquiries, within strict time deadlines.
  • Determine the type of correspondence and assign the correct task, summary code, and completion due date based on a complex set of regulatory and business rules.
  • Provide written acknowledgement letters per regulatory guidelines • Scan all correspondence into the digital archiving system
  • Compile data or documentation to prepare periodic reports
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services, products, and procedures
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years Customer Service or Admin experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  • Proficient skills in typing, spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and proofreading
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact in a positive and professional manner at all times with all levels of both internal and external audiences
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including conflict resolution management
