Accounting Principals is partnering with a local clinic in the Albuquerque area.  We are looking for candidates to fill a patient registration role.  

The following skills and aspects of professionalism enable hospital patient registration specialists to successfully perform their jobs:

  • Ability to multitask and keep moving quickly to help the next patient
  • Comfortable in a healthcare setting
  • Greeting patients registration forms
  • Asking and answering any insurance questions they may have
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Administration, filing clerk expertise preferred
  • Strong organization abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional, even in emergency situations
  • Understanding of medical terminology and standard insurance forms
  • Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service, healthcare preferred
  • Experience with a high volume of calls
  • Scheduling experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pay: $14-15/hour Hours may vary between Monday - Friday 7am-6pm
