Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City, OK.  Our client is a major medical service provider looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills and experience working with various health insurance companies.  This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that will focus on incoming patient calls.

This role will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to answer medical billing questions, verify insurance, and explain benefits.   If you have experience working in a medical environment and love to be on the phones this could be a good fit for you.  Ideal candidates will also have great communication skills, be very detailed oriented and proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience working with various health insurance companies in a medical setting
  • Background in customer service call center
  • Skills:

  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Able to focus on details
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Good data entry and computer skills
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $15.00 / Hour
  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
