Process monthly patient billing statements
Update and verify patient information
High volume data entry of payments, adjustments, and account changes
Provide customer service, research discrepancies, and issue correspondence
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years medical billing experience
Experience posting payments and verifying claims
MS Excel Skills
Strong customer service skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
