We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team.  We are an established, full-service advertising agency and are looking to grow our PM team in our Midtown Sacramento offices! We consider this a great entry level position, providing a 'foot in the door' into our organization.  Please keep in mind that this position is numbers-driven and requires an analytical mindset when reviewing large amounts of advertising revenue-related data.  

This role involves the support of multiple client campaigns using in-house managed media platforms including Google, Facebook and other digital and social channels. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign setup, optimization, reporting and budget management across performance platforms
  • Collaborate with performance management planners and managers in the planning and development of campaign strategy
  • Campaign data analysis and historical data to inform future planning
  • Assist planning teams with campaign setup and monitoring
  • Manage campaign workbooks and documentation to ensure accurate and successful execution of campaigns
  • Track and monitor ongoing campaigns including budget pacing and performance to key performance indicators
  • Develop understanding of Performance Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, DV360)
  • Gather performance data to be used in reporting documents
  • Analyze campaign performance data and recommend necessary optimizations
  • Generate reports from external and internal data sources
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure client work moves efficiently through the agency from start to finish
  • Be comfortable providing thoughtful input and feedback in internal meetings
  • Assist with day-to-day platform partner communications


Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Willingness to work with a team and jump into a variety of assignments, taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams
  • Internship or other professional agency experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and formulas) is a plus
