Accounting Principals is working with a bank in Midtown Manhattan on a temp to hire Loan Servicing Associate position, and we are looking for you if you are looking to get back to work right after the holidays!  This role will be remote until further notice.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing closing and legal documents once loan is established in Fiserv
  • Coordinating loan payoffs and refinances with Bank and attorneys
  • Performing QC of Loan Offering Tickets and closing documents

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fiserv loan servicing system experience a plus
  • At least 2 years of loan servicing experience required
  • Experience with servicing loans required
  • Excellent communication skills
