Hi! Are you looking for a Loan Processor role in the Mortgage industry. Accounting Principals is looking for Loan Processors for their client on the East Side. This is a direct Hire position and they are open to hiring for multiple locations. Please apply today if you are interested!  

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
  • Submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denial. Communicate with underwriters to clarify conditions and satisfy these by coordinating with the borrower
  • Handle the loan pipeline and ensure an efficient and compliant flow throughout the loan process
  • Acquire the files necessary for property and loan documentation, including the following: verification of employment, evidence of insurance, payoffs, tax transcripts, credit supplements, condo questionnaires, subordination requests, and title work to assure a smooth loan process
  • Take care of all borrower communication, from loan origination to close
  • Qualifications:

  • Has worked in a lender’s environment 
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage documentation, procedures, and processes
  • Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills, and is highly detail-oriented
  • Know how to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as well as general ways to structure a loan
  • Current or previous experience as a Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or UnderwriterAbout Company
