Loan Processor

 

Accounting principles is partnering with a company in the mortgage industry to fill their open Loan Processor job in Englewood. To qualify, you must possess at least 2 years of experience. Our client is a well-known loan originator that is looking to add a driven individual to their highly experienced team. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prepare loan applications for submittal
  • Manage loan processing pipeline
  • Making sure team members are up to speed on issues and state of the process
  • Helping the origination and management team with any issues
  • Prepare updates for the team with daily/ weekly meetings
  • Use closing protocols to assist the origination team for any outstanding loan conditions with underwriting
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with clients over the phone required
  • Ability to work independently and with a team required
  • Knowledge of credit reports, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines required
  • Highly motivated required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
  •
