Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Assistant with previous excellent administrative skills for a full-time position in Oklahoma City, OK.  This is a contract-to-hire role that will focus primarily assisting Loan Officers and Loan Processors.

This role will prepare a maintain mortgage loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  Additionally, candidates, will need strong problem skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in gathering loan document information
  • Prepare and maintain mortgage files
  • Review credit reports and all closing documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Calculate and review borrower income and assets
  • Communicate status updates with clients and staff
  • Additional administrative functions as needed
  • Qualifications include:

  • Previous loan, real estate or banking experience
  • Minimum Associates degree
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average computer skills
  • Great analytical, reasoning and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to multi-task
  • Professional and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Employment Type:

  • Full-time, Temp to Hire
  • Compensation:

  • $15-$16 / hourly
  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
