Accounting Principals is supporting a client of ours in Grand Rapids, MI that is looking to hire a full-time, Direct Hire, Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant. As a LOA, you will be the main point of contact for all borrowers moving forward in the loan application process. In order to be considered for this role you MUST have at least 1 year of recent mortgage experience. This company offers great growth potential and excellent room for advancement.
Support the Loan Officer in following up on referrals and leads to produce loan viable applications
Conduct market research and make cold calls to generate new business
Collect necessary documentation from customers to provide to loan processing team
Track progress of all loans and follow up consistently with customers
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
1 month of experience in the mortgage industry (REQUIRED)
Encompass experience is a HUGE plus
