We are seeking a Loan Documentation Manager with knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and assembling new, renewed and modified loan documents for commercial and business loan products including secured and unsecured loans, commitments, lines of credit, and letters of credit.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform administrative processing for new and existing accounts
Create effective client correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures
Prepare all pre-closing and final loan documentation for in-house closings using LaserPro
Prepares Loan Commitment Letters and provide to Loan Officer for final review
Prepare commitment letters in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Loan Approval Memo
Fund loans accurately and ensure financial transactions balance each day
Review title policies to ensure accurate legal description, loan amount, and acceptable exceptions
Responds in a timely manner to both telephone and written inquiries from internal and external clients
Prepare Letters of Credit according with loan policy
Maintain strong relationships with clients, helping them to track their progression
Requirements:
Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of experience of related work experience
Prior experience with Laser Pro Software
Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation requirements
Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment
Knowledge of applicable banking compliance regulations
Strong interpersonal/verbal and written communication skills
