Loan Data Entry Clerk - Home Mortgage
Accounting Principals is hiring a data entry clerk to work onsite in Hopkins, MN. This is a full-time, contract position, handling high volume data entry and performing routine operations in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Log documents and mortgage notes into main tracking system.
Assemble collateral folders for Pooling Department and package documents for delivery with mortgage notes.
Review purchase loans from third-party lenders for compliance with bank procedures, regulation requirements, and customer service standards.
Work closely with lenders, title companies, and internal teams to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Prepare and submit government loan files to HUD/VA for insurance and loan guaranty.
Prepare required disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations.
Data entry and math skills.
Experience filing and scanning documents.
Familiar with loan processing and closing/funding policies and procedures.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn and use other software applications.
Strong time management, workflow prioritization, and organization skills to handle multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
Good typing speed (approximately 65-70 wpm).
Work Type: Fulltime/Contract, 100% on-site - Hopkins, MN
Work Hours: 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday; flexible hours after training
Pay: $12.14 - $15.17 per hour
