Our client, in Richmond, Virginia, is searching for a permanent Lease Administrator, working in the office. Must be flexible to work some Saturdays (remotely) and the position is eligible for over-time pay.
Duties: Lease Compliance including lease set up, maintenance and processing tenant payments.
Experience Required: One to three years related work experience.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to shift between job duties.
Cash Processing - approximately 5-7 days each month, apply checks, ACH and wire payments to tenant accounts, resolve discrepancies between payment amounts and charges, access multiple bank sites/lockboxes to obtain deposit records, process all Online Check Deposit files to deposit funds electronically or prepare paper deposits, assist with input of certificates of insurance and sales reports if needed
Lease and Documentation Input - review leases for correct documentation and attachments and prepare lease input sheet, prepare any documents related to lease, i.e. commission invoice, commencement letter, etc., copy and file appropriately
Complete all Phases of New Property Set Up - lease audit, input and file set up, send tenant welcome letter, load A/R balances from prior management company, complete New Property Set Up Check List, review and initial Lease Cancellations, review and approve cancellation form
