Learning and Development Designer

Accounting Principals is seeking a Learning and Development Designer who will help create, build, and scale the global learning and development programs for a well-known company. Responsibilities:

  • Design development experiences that provide personal and professional growth in leadership capabilities
  • Develop learning strategies and plans for leadership
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new design templates
  • Challenge the team to identify, experiment, and implement new approaches, tolls, and systems
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience designing and developing learning programs
  • Proven consulting capability with leaders to design strategic responses to organizational requirements
  • Understanding of key business drivers to identify training needs with leaders
  •
