Learning and Development Designer
Accounting Principals is seeking a Learning and Development Designer who will help create, build, and scale the global learning and development programs for a well-known company. Design development experiences that provide personal and professional growth in leadership capabilities
Develop learning strategies and plans for leadership
Contribute to the development and implementation of new design templates
Challenge the team to identify, experiment, and implement new approaches, tolls, and systems
Experience designing and developing learning programs
Proven consulting capability with leaders to design strategic responses to organizational requirements
Understanding of key business drivers to identify training needs with leaders
