Accounting Principals is seeking a Junior Escrow Assistant in the Naples area for a new position with a large real estate holdings company. This role will work beneath a branch manager and will be responsible for assisting in multiple steps of the escrow process throughout the duration of a loan. This is a three-month contract role that will be on-site in Naples, FL.
The role is full-time, M-F, and working hours are expected to be within an hour of 8:00 to 5:00.
Starting pay is $16-$17/hr.
Preparing packages and paperwork to send to buyers/sellers/agents/lenders for escrow transactions.
Open title orders, obtain legal and vesting for particular orders.
Communicates documents with title department for review.
Perform follow-up duties on payoff demands, HOA demands, and other title liens.
Handle daily banking and place orders for supplies.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is required.
0-2 years' experience expected, .
Excellent written and oral communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
