Accounting Principals is partnering with a premier company in the Mortage industry to fill their open Jr. Loan Processor job in Scottsdale. The Ideal Candidate will have at least three to six months of experience in the mortgage industry. Our client also offers a remote work environment.   • Review and ensure accuracy of stack order
  • Support loan officer by executing action items for loan processing
  • Review file documentation, implement needed changes and re-run for correct AU Determination
  • Submit completed files to Underwriter
  • Provide status updates for all appropriate parties
  • Monitor updates and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Review Loan Processor reports  and timeline expectations daily



  • Three to Six months of Prior Mortage industry experience required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent Required
  • Enthusiastic attitude and team player mindset required
  • Detail-oriented and a commitment to accuracy required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office product Required
